Farm

Winslow's Farm is located about 35 miles west of St. Louis in Augusta, Missouri. Having our own farm allows us to keep food fresh, real and thoughtful. We have full cooperation between the kitchen, farm and market; oftentimes finding Chef Cary in the fields, or finding the farmers in the market. We have carefully chosen every type and variety of vegetable, herb, fruit tree or bush on our 4 chemical free acres with taste and quality in mind. We keep beehives for their honey, as pollinators and for bee preservation. We keep our flock of Dominique chickens, as they consume all of the compost scraps brought from the Winslow's Home kitchen and in turn provide farm fresh eggs. Living sustainably is not just a trend to us, it is a way of life.
