Winslow's Home follows the seasons and their bounty, so our menu changes
Soup:
Tomato basil (vegan)
Two Bean Chili
Vegetarian: Chilled Spring Orzo with asparagus,spinach,arugula, sweet peppers, Kalamata olives, eggplant, feta cheese and basil/mint vinaigrette
Fish: Chesapeake Bay Soft shelled Blue Crab with MO Hoop house tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, and lemons
Meat: Todd Geisert's "Hot Polish Sausage" served hot on top of a cold salad of quinoa, cucumber, fennel, herbs, tomatoes and lemon vinaigrette
Special Salad: bruised kale served with our "green goddess", pickles, and tomatoes
